Vince L’Erario
Chief Information Officer
Vince L’Erario joined Arabella in April 2020 as chief information officer. Vince is at the helm of Arabella’s growth as a technology-driven organization, overseeing a team that has multiplied in size and impact. A thoughtful strategist based in the firm’s Chicago office, Vince works across the firm to ensure that all Arabellans and our clients can benefit from modern, secure technology platforms that can grow as our work scales.
Prior to joining Arabella Advisors, Vince spent seven years as a technology executive at Coverdell, where he led the company through a digital transformation that saw the company pivot its strategy to consumer membership products and migrate to the cloud. Vince also led post-merger technology integration once the company was acquired by A.J. Gallagher in 2018.
Vince has more than 25 years of experience in software, infrastructure, technology services, business intelligence, and cyber security, having held engineering and leadership positions in multiple industries and sectors. Known for his deep experience in technology migration, he has published case studies with Microsoft.
Vince holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in economics from the University of Rochester.
