Every year, each of our offices takes a day away from the hustle and bustle to come together and volunteer for charitable causes in the local community. Each Arabellan also receives 20 paid hours a year to volunteer for causes that are important to them.
Our leadership is committed to being as open as possible so that Arabellans can engage in and understand all firm-wide decisions that impact their work lives. We regularly share our firm’s strategy and financials with our staff.
We believe it is important to step back and celebrate our individual and team achievements. We also make it a point to herald key personal milestones, such as birthdays and Arabella anniversaries.
