Arabella participates in leading health insurance plans, and our salaried full-time employees receive health benefits at highly competitive rates for themselves or their eligible dependents. We also reimburse employees for a portion of in-network medical deductible expenses.
Eligible employees can receive a four percent match that begins to vest on their first day of employment.

We provide resources for external workshops and conferences, we also ensure all staff receive in-house training and opportunities to develop new skills through challenging on-the-job assignments. We are committed to supporting healthy families. We offer all salaried employees four weeks of partially or fully paid parental leave. Employees who have been with the firm for three years will receive 100 percent of their pay during this time. Arabellans can also opt to use disability leave or additional paid time off.
Arabella reimburses salaried full-time employees up to $75 a month to cover the cost of health club fees, fitness trainers, and fitness classes.
We support Arabellans in giving back to their communities. We offer salaried full-time employees 20 hours of paid leave per year to volunteer for nonprofit causes that are important to them.
