Arabella participates in leading health insurance plans, and our salaried full-time employees receive health benefits at highly competitive rates for themselves or their eligible dependents. We also reimburse employees for a portion of in-network medical deductible expenses.
As required by the Transparency in Coverage (TiC) final rule of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), administrators of non-grandfathered group health plans Arabella Advisors must post machine-readable-files (MRF) to a publicly available website; for In-Network Rate and Out-of-Network Rate files.
If you wish to access the MRFs, they can be accessed here.
Eligible employees can receive a four percent match that begins to vest on their first day of employment.
