Kimaya Grace
Senior Director
Kimaya Grace serves as a leader on Arabella’s Partner Solutions team, which oversees several nonprofits, including the New Venture Fund and Hopewell Fund, both 501(c)(3) public charities, and the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a separate 501(c)(4). In her role, she co-leads the advocacy services team, which focuses on advocacy strategy, implementation, training, and compliance.
Prior to joining Arabella, Kimaya worked at the Brookings Institution as a senior financial manager, where she managed budgets of $15 million annually. Her work at Brookings developed her skills in grant management, budgeting, and financial analysis. She managed projects focused on various fields, including energy and climate, human rights, Latin America, and East Asia policy.
Kimaya has a BA in accounting from the University at Albany, and she holds an MS in accounting from the College of Saint Rose.
