Michael Gordon
General Counsel
Michael Gordon serves as Arabella’s General Counsel, where he leads the Legal and Compliance team. Michael has over two decades of experience handling complex matters at the intersection of business, law, and public policy. A former law firm partner, Michael has advised companies and nonprofit organizations on growth strategies, regulatory matters, and government inquiries. His background also includes distinguished public service, serving as a senior official in the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and several committees of the U.S. House of Representatives. Additionally, he served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at BlueWave Solar, a renewable energy company.
Michael graduated from Harvard University and the University of Michigan Law School.
