Mark Loch serves as Head of Redstone Consulting at Arabella Advisors, where he leads the firm’s consulting practice across both the Advisory team and the Redstone Strategy team. In this role, Mark is helping unify and grow a consulting platform that supports changemakers through integrated strategy, implementation, and operational solutions.
Mark Loch is a seasoned business leader with over four decades of experience driving innovation and growth across the private and social sectors. He began his career at Procter & Gamble and later became a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he built new businesses and practices across the globe, co-founded the firm’s presence in sub-Saharan Africa, and launched its global Organizational Insights practice.
Following McKinsey, Mark applied his expertise to the social impact space, advising philanthropic family offices and impact-oriented ventures, holding leadership roles at Factor[e] Ventures and Blackhorn Ventures, and serving for more than a decade as a Director and trusted advisor to Redstone Strategy Group before its acquisition by Arabella Advisors. His work centers on forming and scaling solutions that build sustainable social impact.
Mark lives outside Boulder, Colorado, with his partner Melanie on a small farm where they practice regenerative agriculture and host community gatherings. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
