Dana Conroy is an associate director on Arabella’s Consulting team. She helps philanthropic organizations develop strategies, implement and evaluate programs, and convene working groups to advance common goals. She also manages projects and advises clients on a variety of issues, with a special focus on the education field.
Prior to joining Arabella, Dana worked at Continuum, an innovation and design consulting firm, where she advised global corporations as they developed plans for new products and services. In this role, she worked with companies in the financial services, health care, retail, and consumer goods industries, as well as small community-focused nonprofits, international development organizations, and major philanthropies.
Dana also worked for Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino in his innovation-focused Office of New Urban Mechanics. There, she developed projects and programs that improved life for city residents. She also worked on the program team at the Eugene & Agnes E. Meyer Foundation, a private foundation in the Washington, DC metropolitan region, and spent a year as an Emerson National Hunger Fellow with the Congressional Hunger Center.
Dana earned a master of public policy from the University of Michigan and a BA in history from Davidson College.
