Rachel is the director of advocacy on the Midwest client development team at Arabella. Rachel draws on her deep experience in issue campaigns, advocacy organizations, organizing groups, and philanthropy to serve as a central strategist and trusted partner. She is a grassroots organizer and a partnership cultivator with a proven track record in resource mobilization, and she fights for transformative change at the personal, organizational, and system levels, holding the desires of those impacted as central to all efforts.
Before coming to Arabella, Rachel built a 14-year career in progressive issue advocacy, including five years as the director of nutrition programs for the No Kid Hungry campaign in Little Rock, Arkansas. Most recently, she built advocacy campaigns designed to move billions in shareholder dollars to support working families.
Rachel graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a BS in social work.
