Drew partners with family and individual, institutional, and corporate clients who seek to use innovative, coordinated, and flexible approaches to accomplish their philanthropic goals. He leads Arabella’s integrated structures work, a market-leading service that empowers funders to advance solutions using sophisticated tools, multiple vehicles and forms of impact capital, and world-class advisory expertise, all on a scale and timeline that matches their vision.
Prior to his time at Arabella, Drew worked at the Open Society Foundations (OSF) as its chief operating officer for the Asia Pacific. There, he led a multi-year, strategic reorganization and integration process and oversaw all business operations during a period of rapid growth. Before that role, Drew practiced law in New York for almost a decade, first as a member of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett’s Exempt Organizations Department and then in OSF’s General Counsel’s Office.
Drew lives in New York City with his family and holds a JD from Columbia Law School, graduated summa cum laude from Boston College, and has completed graduate programs in global affairs at New York University and global business management at INSEAD.
