Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

Arabella Advisors seeks a highly motivated self-starter to support the firm’s marketing and business development activities nationally. This position will assist the firm with managing marketing campaigns, market research, prospect management and follow-up, proposal development, presentation development, and any other marketing or business development support activities requested by Arabella’s Managing Directors. This person will participate in business development meetings and networking events as needed. Additionally, this position will be responsible for coordinating the development, management, and distribution of marketing collateral. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to further develop their marketing and business development skills, while increasing their familiarity with the field of philanthropy and the nonprofit community. This position is based out of our Chicago, IL office, servicing staff nationally.

Director of Client Services for New Venture Fund

Arabella Advisors seeks a focused and experienced professional to service clients of the New Venture Fund, including contract management, operations, and board relations. The responsibilities of this position include negotiating and implementing contracts, managing donors and contributions, coordinating with fiscally sponsored organizations, and monitoring the work of vendors, contractors and sub-grantees. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in managing the operations of a small to medium sized nonprofit organization. This position is based out of our Washington, DC office.
