Blake Brophy manages day-to-day accounting operations, maintains financial controls, and develops new strategies and processes for Arabella and the nonprofit organizations it helps manage.

Sarah Flesher is the Special Assistant to Eric Kessler, Principal and Managing Director. At Arabella, Sarah provides a variety of administrative support and scheduling assistance, and works on special projects. Sarah holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Eastern Oregon University, and an M.A. in Communications with a minor in Public Health from the University of Tennessee.

San Francisco

Lori is at Arabella. She is responsible for various operations and infrastructure matters at Arabella, as well as special projects. Prior to joining Arabella, she served as a nonprofit administrator, a program staff member at a private family foundation, and as a member of the management committees for several nonprofit boards. She holds a B.A. from the California Institute of Integral Studies.

Chicago

Graham is Director of Operations and Administration at Arabella, where he coordinates internal resources to meet client needs effectively. He manages human resources, recruitment and firm policies, practices, and procedures. He holds a B.A. in human services from George Washington University, and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources.

Puja Parikh is Senior Account at Arabella, where she manages the full gamut of accounting, human resources, and payroll functions. Prior to joining Arabella, she worked as a bookkeeper and human resources liaison at VLS Systems, an information technology company. She holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from MLS University in India.

Falconer is a Senior Assistant at Arabella, where she facilitates office management, human resources, and accounting. Prior to joining Arabella, she worked as a teacher at Family of Hope Services, a children’s center for orphans and vulnerable children in Windhoek, Namibia. She holds dual degrees from the University of Virginia.

Alexis is a Staff Accountant at Arabella, where she provides support to the Arabella accounting team. Prior to joining Arabella, she worked in the information technology and accounting fields as a business systems consultant and loan servicing specialist for a national mortgage company. She holds a B.A. from Salisbury University.

Chicago

Ronnie is a Senior Assistant at Arabella, where she provides operations and administrative support. Prior to joining Arabella, she worked as marketing coordinator for Optec Designs, an LED sign company, where she helped to plan and guide the opening of their new Chinese office. She holds a B.A. from Northwestern University.
