Betsy Erickson

Betsy is Associate Director of Foundation Management at Arabella. She provides grant-making, grants management, and other foundation operations support to individual and family clients. She has over eight years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, most recently at CureSearch and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She holds a B.A. from Colgate University.

Stephanie Fuerstner-Gillis

Senior Director

San Francisco

Stephanie now leads Arabella’s Foundation Management line of business. She joined Arabella as a part of the firm’s acquisition of Blueprint Research + Design, Inc., where she was the COO and a senior consultant and had been working with philanthropy clients for over 10 years.

Anne Lebleu

Associate Director

Anne manages the foundation operations of Arabella’s managed foundation clients and provides essential strategic grant-making knowledge and expertise. Prior to joining Arabella, she was Executive Director of the Fitch Foundation, which supports mid-career historic preservation professionals. Anne is a 2006 recipient of a Getty Graduate Internship grant, through which she helped administer the Getty Foundation’s grant-making programs. She holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and an M.S. from Columbia University.

Christopher Pitts

Christopher is a Foundation Management Assistant at Arabella. He provides operational, administrative, grants management, and technology support to Arabella’s managed foundation clients. Prior to joining Arabella, Christopher served as a program assistant for the Children’s Defense Fund Freedom Schools project. He holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Lauren Statman

Associate

Lauren is an Associate of Foundation Management at Arabella. She provides operational, administrative, grants management, and technology support to Arabella’s managed foundation clients. She recently coordinated a grant-making learning experience for a family foundation. Prior to joining Arabella, she worked with D.C. Central Kitchen and the Koret Foundation. She holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Molly Tarrant

Molly is a Foundation Management Assistant at Arabella. She provides operational, administrative, grants management, and technology support to Arabella’s managed foundation clients. She recently conducted trainings for a client on their online grants management system, and works with several foundations to administer their grants programs. She holds a B.A. from Harvard University.

Diana Tyler

Associate Director

Diana is an Associate Director at Arabella. She provides strategic guidance, grant-making expertise, and operations support to Arabella’s managed foundation clients. Previously, she worked as a strategy and organization consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and a major gifts officer for the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Teams. She holds a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
